A moment of reflection (Carmen and Ana B.). Sensitize the value of the conversation, ancient and contemporary. There are sculptural and artistic proposals that are well located in the public space, however others are not integrated in the environment and this is an important aspect to consider. 98. 98. MURAL 1, 2006 – ALBERT OEHLEN

Los Llanos de Aridane once again has the work of the international German artist Albert Oehlen, installed in Calle Real 29 building in the historic center of the city. A work valued between 4 and 6 million euros. It shows a chaotic view of the world, an upside-down approach. Veladuras, fogs, transparencies, try to hide a story; Avoiding any obvious meaning, but always offering their point of view.

  99. 99. VISIONS

Pitti reflects one of his particular “visions” representing a theme, in this case a poem by Maccanti (entitled “Before the eyes of a girl”) that intrigues him while fascinating him. They are scenes with both real and fantastic characters from the world of the subconscious.

  109. 109. PEDRO FAUSTO

    Art must delight and/or teach.

Pedro Fausto is the set of his accomplishments. None of their activities can be separated from one another, nor these from their own life, nor from their surroundings; The same personality and the same conditions make up his work. A product at the service of aesthetic enjoyment in solidarity with the “habitat” even transforming in its beauty more beautiful way of life.

  124. 124. NEW YEAR

We have arrived at the end of the year with five months of existence, with three exhibitions of different artists, and we come to memory many memories related to the exhibitions and works that we have been seeing throughout that time; Or with friends and artists we have met and who we have met, day after day. Some memories will remain indelible because they will become part of us (works of authors admired and valued not only for their content but as objects we love, we get to know and recognize them by small touches of color, humor, their shapes or vibrations .)

We hope and wish that these five months are for everyone, only the first part of a much longer journey.

    Happy New Year 2017!
