Erwin Heckmann started his work in scrap-yards; for early works using materials that were derelict agricultural items and later more industrial components, generally from iron and metal, classifying and selecting the pieces, and composed his sculptures with overflowing imagination; which he called “the secret concensus of things”. With the title “Objet Trouvé” the Galería García de Diego testifies to the last period of his life.
